BWW Annual Leadership Gathering
Every spring, we bring together women from every facet of the wine industry for a day of connection, conversation, and leadership.
Through mediated panel discussions, breakout sessions, and, of course, happy hour, we create a space to learn from one another, share ideas, challenge the status quo, and think bigger about our individual and collective impact on the wine industry.
Our next Badass Women in Wine Leadership Gathering will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2027.

In 2026, we launched regional Happy Hours to bring together local Badass Women in Wine communities. We are creating more opportunities to expand our networks, build relationships, and connect women across every facet of the wine industry.
